This new bond issue,\u00a0 marks our company\u2019s debut in the fixed income markets and has opened new avenues for diversifying our sources of finance, which will allow us to have more financial alternatives for investment projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each bond in this issue has an individual face value of 100,000 euros and an annual fixed coupon of 4.5%. The bond term is four years and their final repayment date will be 29 July, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EBN is the Global Coordinator and Registered Advisor of MARF, Serfiex is the certifier in accordance with ICMA\u2019s Green Bond Principless, while the company\u2019s legal advisory is the firm G\u00f3mez-Acebo &amp; Pombo.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
